Group lesson
It differs and withdraws itself from the solo performance in the weight training room and from the masses of people during BOM: bodypump. Elements of weight training and aerobics are musically united into a vivid and tasty programme, which doesn’t turn you into a hulk, but it helps you to keep your shape and endurance. You systematically train different groups of muscles to music, short and intensive, without any difficult steps or the boredom of repetition. Remember to always bring a towel for floor exercises.
