Circuittraining

Group lesson

The term circuit training is used to indicate that the emphasis is on the training of your condition in circuit form. The circuit is made up of approximately 20 exercises that are done in a certain “work/rest”-relation. The exercises are alternately meant to train most groups of muscles. Some of the exercises are: rope jumping, weight training, wall bars exercises, abdominal muscle exercises and many more. The whole training is framed and supported by music. The use of a towel is compulsory.
