Sport of the Week: Boxing

Are you in for a new challenge or do you want to show off with your fit body this summer? Join G.S.B.V. Pugilice, the one and only student boxing club of Groningen! Building and maintaining a solid physical condition and learning boxing techniques is the central element during the trainings. Tuesday and Thursday the training last two hours: the first hour condition will be worked on and the second hour the technique will be practiced. During the Friday training the focus is more on improving your technique. We also have a boxing ring, which is set up every month.

Besides the trainings, we often have drinks together and do other fun activities.

Never practiced a martial art before or if you first want to have a look; please sign up for the course on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 19.00-20.00. Here you will learn the basic techniques of boxing.
