*Beep* the well-known sound of circuittraining rings and the group moves to the next intense exercise. Circuittraining is a form of fitness where you do multiple exercises after each other. The exercises lend themselves for exploring and enhancing your physical capacity. Everybody does two laps of 20 exercises. The goal is to train the full body and to improve your general stamina. There are almost no breaks in between exercises which makes the training very intensive. During the training you will work on your belly, arms, legs and back. The training is supported by music and a trainer who will make sure you have a high motivation during the whole workout.
