Sport of the Week: Healthweek activities!

Today the Healthweek starts! Exercise and working out is healthy, everyone knows that. But except for this, there are a lot more thing to do to promote healthy ageing! Visit the ACLO this week and participate in one of the many fun activities! There are special open hours this week, for the schedule click here.

For example the open hour Yoga & Meditation on Wednesday the 18th of February from 16.00 – 17.00 in the Struikhal! Relax during a class of yoga & meditation by Myrinne Jordaan. Bring your sportoutfit and towel with you!
