The Sport of the Week – Bodyfit

Bodyfit, by far thé most popular open hour of the ACLO, is the Sport of the Week! It is an grouplesson, with which most of you will be familiar, focused on the fitness of your entire body. During bodyfit different muscle groups are trained like legs, arms, bottom, chest and stomach.  The different muscles are trained by using dumbbells, ankle weights , but mostly by moving a lot and doing different exercises.
