Updates corona measures

Good afternoon,

In this e-mail you receive an addition to the message that was sent yesterday. The sports facilities of the RUG and Hanzehogeschool are considered as a non-educational location for a part of the week. This means that from tonight 18:00, on Friday from 18:00 and on the weekends the QR-code scanning will be used. This means that the face mask rule is dropped at those times. So for the time being, the measure applies this week on Wednesday evening, Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday.

The possible new developments following the press conference on Friday 12 November will be included in the translation as of next week. Because of all the developments that follow each other in rapid succession, we understand that it requires a lot of flexibility from all of us.

It is expected that the corona check will have to be used for a longer period of time. We see this as a joint responsibility of the Sports Center, the ACLO, sports card holders and the sports associations. Only this way can all sports activities continue to take place. You can sign up for the volunteer pool through the following link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdUF52zHH6fBVTvquHHosBEiy4ZidNULUEg09aQLStzUGgikg/viewform. There is a volunteer fee of 12 euros per shift. For any questions, please contact se@aclosport.nl.

Kind regards,

The 76th Executive Committee of the ACLO & the management of the Sports Center
