Look at Google for a free nutrition plan and you will get a lot of websites with free nutrition plans. It’s hard to see which of those are good and which are not. A downside of a free nutrition plan is that it’s not based on your eating habits or personal needs. Because of this the results may disappoint. During the Healthweek sports nutritionist Neeke Smit (Smitjefit) will explain to you how you can make your own nutritionplan!
