COVID-19 & ACLO Sports Center update

Version 08/02/21

Dear students,

Due to the extension of the lockdown we regret to inform you that our sports facilities will be open to a very limited extent until the 2nd of March.

This has the following consequences for the opening hours of our sports facilities:

  • All the indoor sports accommodations are closed. This applies to the Sports Center, the WAS and the ACLO Station.
  • All the outdoor sports accommodations are closed with two exceptions:
    • The padel court is during the week open from 8.30-16.30.* Doing sports is only allowed in pairs and with 1.5 meters distance apart.
    • The outdoor tennis courts (court 5, 6, 11 & 12) are open during the week from 8.30-16.30.* Doing sports is only allowed in pairs and with 1.5 meters distance apart.

*If the weather conditions allow it.

To make use of the padel or tennis courts you need to make a reservation beforehand via MyACLO or the MyACLO Sport app.

During the lockdown, we will continue to expand our online sports offer! Since last week you can follow the live stream group lessons via Google Meet to allow more interaction between the athletes and teacher. You can sign up for these via MyACLO or the MyACLO Sport app. Click here for the full schedule. Moreover, at our YouTube channel you can find many different home workouts which you can watch at any moment.

We will keep you updated on any further developments and we hope to resume our sports activities as soon as possible.

Kind regards,

ACLO Executive Board and management Sports Center.
