The sport of the week is Fitness Coaching. This is offered at the ACLO from 2016.
Often in the gym but no clue of what kind of workout you should do to pursue your goals? Use the free fitness coaching service the ACLO offers. You can get a personal training schedule, a healthcheck and keep track of your improvements. Talk to one of the guards in the gym and plan a meeting.

Fitness coaching is something different from Personal training/Lifestyle coaching which is also available at the ACLO from DanielPT. At fitness coaching it is all about following a schedule by yourself. Perosnal training/Lifestyle coaching focuses more on personal guidance.

The fitness coaching moments are:

Monday          12:00-14:00               19:00-20:00

Tuesday         13:00-15:00

Wednesday    12:00-14:00

Thursday                                          19:00-20:00

Friday             12:00-14:00             19:00-20:00
