Sport of the Week: Shooting

The shooting course (airgun and pistol) is aimed at introducing you to the sport of shooting. It is mostly a concentration sport. You will learn the basics of shooting, what posture to have and how to breath. Through breathing exercises you learn how to shoot at a target as good as possible. For safety reasons, you only shoot with air propelled weapons.
