Sport of this week – Speed-skating

Being a member of Tjas means exercising and having fun together. Tjas offers two moments a week where you can come and speed-skate. You don’t need to have any experience with speeds-skating to become a member of Tjas. We offer speed-skating training for all levels.

The training times are on Mondays 17:00-18:00 and Thursdays 17:45-18:45. Besides skating we offer lots of other sports, such as spinning, running and cycling.

Besides exercising together we offer a lot of fun activities for our members. We get together every Thursday night for drinks, we go on trips to Belgium, Italy and other places. In other words; everything is possible when you’re a member of Tjas.
