The group lesson African dance is given in the form of a workout. After starting with the warming up, you will learn several traditional African dance steps and you finish with a cooling down. Let yourself go on the African music! Experience how loose you are in your hips, ribs and the rest of your body. The African dance workout is strenuous and swinging. During the group lesson, you won’t do a choreography and you will not learn a whole dance. This will be done in the course!
