Group lesson

During the trainings of Boost you will get a functional training of 45 minutes! Functional means that the movements you make in the training will also be part of daily life. Boost is an interval training, using cross-fit and fitness elements. During the workout different materials may be used. Think for example of your own body weight, kettlebells, trx, medicine balls, slam balls, sandsbags, battle/power ropes, barbells and plyoboxes. The advantage of the workout is that besides the fact that it focusses on functional training, you can practice on your own level. During the training, there will also be paid attention to the execution (technique) of the movement. You do not necessarily need fitness experience (but will definitely help you), so both starters as more experienced sporters can join the training!
