Bungee Super Fly

Group Lesson

Bungee Super Fly is a cardio workout and a full body workout where you will perform various exercises while floating in a Bungee harness! During this workout you jump and fly through the air and work on your core stability in a playful way, which provides a unique sports experience.

Bungee beginners:
In the beginners class you will learn the basics: how the Bungee works and how to use it safely. You will also learn the basic movements such as squats, jumps, pushups and burpees. Fun, safety and discovery are the most important aspects of the beginner’s classes. When you have mastered all the basic movements and can ensure the safety of yourself (and others), you can move on to the advanced classes. The teacher will observe you during the lessons and can let you know when you are ready for the next step: the advanced lessons!

Bungee advanced:

In the advanced lessons you master the basic safety rules and know all the basic movements. The pace in this class is faster and the class is more intense! Sometimes you will learn a choreography and sometimes the lesson is a combination of certain series such as lunges, burpees, squats, mountain climbers etc. And what about air-planks, pirouettes, star jumps and have you always wanted to learn the handstand? The fun factor is paramount and you will definitely sweat, but most of all you will go home with a huge dose of energy!
