Bungee Super Fly

Bungee Fly is a cardio training and full body workout in which you perform various exercises while floating in a Bungee harness! During this high intensity training you will do squats, burpees, pushups, jumps and many other exercises in a fun and challenging way. The Bungee cord will support every movement during your workout and ensures an unique exercising experience!

The Bungee workout is a 1 hour class. Make sure to be there 10 min before the class
starts. Before the workout begins you put on a climbing harness. The class start with
a warm up before hopping into the bungee. We warm up all of the major joints, to get
the body ready to step into the bungee that is attached to the ceiling.
We adjust the bungee to your length and body weight. Now you get clipped in and
the real workout will start!
