This course is an introduction to training with your own body weight. You will build more strength, endurance and mobility. With calisthenics you can get fit in a fun and versatile way. Most of the exercises use multiple muscle groups, this also improves your overall body coordination.

During these training sessions you will learn the most important elements of calisthenics. The focus is on becoming stronger and more agile, and of course having fun while doing it.
