The course crossfit will be given by Crossfit Noord. CrossFit is a trainingsmethod that combines different styles in one training: Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics and Athletics. During the course you will learn severeal frequent exercises from Crossfit. Each week will be about a current movement and will end with a short Crossfit workout.
