Cross-gym is a form of training that falls under fitness, but it is much more varied. During the training you work on your own intensity to perform functional movements in a varied way. Think of exercises such as lunges, squats, shoulder press, bicep curl, abs, jumping jacks, stair climbers and much more. The construction of the class starts with a short warm up after which a circuit is performed with 3 minutes (about 30 repetitions) per part. In total there are about 20 exercises. After this there will be a cooling down.
