Open hour

The open hours gymnastics are held in the gymnastics hall of Sportcentrum Europapark (Helperpark 306, Groningen). This is a beautiful professional gym where you can safely and easily take a look at gymnastics. During the open hours gymnastics attention is paid to the basics on the various male and female apparatuses. You will learn to do a somersault, handstand and cartwheel on the floor, swinging on the bridge and jumps on the beam. Are you more advanced in gymnastics? Then you are also welcome during the Open ACLO hour to take a look at the gym and train with us.

Have you always wanted to try some trampoline jumping? Or have you already been practicing gymnastics and are you looking for a new challenge? You should try the jumping course. During this course, you will practice on different apparatus, for example the big trampoline, mini trampoline and the air track.

This course is available for beginners and advanced.

During the training sessions at STUGG, fun comes first. Whether you’ve just walked in or have been on the gymnastics floor for years, everyone is welcome at STUGG! We offer 4 gymnastics training sessions and 1 jumping session per week in the gymnastics hall of Sportcentrum Europapark. Besides having fun in the gym, we also have a lot of fun outside of the gym. Every month we have an activity followed by a drink, there are competitions throughout the country 4 times a year and twice a year we go on camp. We also participate in the Batavierenrace and on Thursday night after practice you can always find us in Klaas’ pub.
