Course Krav maga is a very effective self-defense system with a focus on real-life situations. You will learn to react to a large variety of attacks by using efficient counter-attacks. Krav Maga consists of techniques originating from material arts like boxing, wing chun, judo, muay thai, and jiu-jitsu. Students will always be advised to avoid confrontation whenever possible, but will at the same time be able to end physical conflict in the blink of an eye. This is because many offensive techniques and counter-attacks are aimed at the most vulnerable parts of the body. The safety of students is the highest priority, so all techniques and drills will be executed with care and controlled aggression.
