Padel

Reservation

Padel originates in Spain, where it is even bigger than tennis and is the most played sport after soccer. Padel is a combination of tennis and squash. It’s 2 against 2 on a court surrounded by glass. These glass walls are part of the game. The technique is not difficult and this makes it an easy sport to learn! After 5 minutes, one can play rallies. Padel is a very spectacular sport: it’s fast, there’s a lot of action and the game is tactical!
Do you want to know how padel works? Take a look at this instructievideo.

From the 8th of May 2018 onwards you can reserve the padelcourt via MyACLO or the service desk at the Sports center. You can rent the racket for €1,00 and buy balls for €6,50 at the service desk.

Attention! It is mandatory to use padelrackets and padelballs. It is not allowed to use tennisballs or rackets on the padelcourt.
