Running

Course (RunningFUNdamentals I)

This  5-week course is intended for people who want to take up (long distance) running or get back to running after having been injured. The focus will be on a responsible buildup of distance and frequency. Technical and physiological aspects will be explained and practiced in a relaxed and fun way during the lessons. The aim is to be able to (uninterruptedly) run/jog for 30 minutes at the end of the course.  Another focus point of the course will be the prevention of running injuries.

The location is Zernike, and the start of each lesson will be at the back entrance of the ACLO Sports Center. You’ll be advised to run a second time each week for a responsible buildup of your running capacity.
