Would you like to increase your flexibility or do you want to know how to stretch your muscles in a save way? Then follow the 5-weeks stretching course, given by John Molenaar of Massagepraktijk Groningen. During the course you will learn what is important for stretching safely and we will work on your flexibility. Would you like to know more about stretching and would you like to increase your flexibility, follow the stretching course. Please wear clothes during the course in which you can move easily.
