Group lesson
With a group lesson you take a sports lesson at your own level under the supervision of a teacher. 

Topic
By taking a course you can become acquainted with a sport for 5 to 10 weeks. The lessons for this take place on the same day and at the same time every week. With some courses a distinction is made between a course for beginners or advanced students. 

Open hour
During an open hour, multiple athletes can register for the same sport. A teacher is present for supervision, but not for guidance. 

Free Reservation
By making a free reservation you can use various facilities, such as tennis courts or sports halls. This way you can exercise for an hour with your friends whenever you want!

Fitness
A fitness subscription (link to rates) gives you unlimited access to the fitness. Here you can do various fitness and strength exercises. There are also people available to help you with exercises if you need them.

Associations
There are 49 student sports associations affiliated with the ACLO in more than 40 different sports. Join an association to train for a specific sport on a regular basis.
