What is Abs, buns and thighs?

The name actually says it all: during this group lesson you work on your abdominal muscles, thighs and buttocks!

During this class you will strengthen and strengthen your abdominal muscles, legs and buttocks through interesting and varied exercises. Exciting music and a professional and motivating instructor will make you sweat. There will be hard work, but in a fun and effective way. The booty bands, barbells, kettlebells and weights are indispensable in this class. Because you can participate at your own level, this lesson is accessible to all levels.
