What is Athletics?

Athletics is a sport in which you can practice different disciplines. You can do technical events, such as long jump and javelin throw, or focus on running events, from a sprint to long distances.

Topic

This athletics course focuses on the running components. Running has many facets: from sprint to distance running, from short hurdles, via the long hurdles to the steeplechase and from track and road to cross-country. In addition to walking on the road, we will come into contact with all these facets. We do a lot of exercises for rhythm, strength and reactivity. Trunk muscles are not forgotten. In ten weeks we do a whole year of running training. The last training will be a practice match.

Vitalis is the association where athletics and fun are combined! From high jumping to javelin throwing and from sprinting to endurance running, there is always a training group that suits you. In addition to sports, there is plenty of time for relaxation and fun with drinks, eating together after training, weekends away and many other activities. Interested in this sport?
