During a body fit class, various muscle groups such as legs, buttocks, chest and abdomen are trained using dumbbells, ankle weights and sometimes an elastic band. The weights and band provide resistance to strengthen muscles, while also working on fitness with a combination of steps and jumping, supported by motivating music.
Because you can participate at your own level, this lesson is accessible to all levels. Make sure you wear a good pair of shoes. A towel is mandatory!
