You do not need any boxing experience for the course. If you are not used to a lot of exercise, the course may be experienced as intensive; boxing can be a physically demanding sport. In the first part of a training, the various boxing techniques are discussed, such as punching, parrying, dodging, taking, sparring, covering and footwork. The second part of a training consists of building up a specific boxing condition.
The course lasts 5 weeks, of which you will receive 1 hours of lessons each week. Participation is free. You can register via the ACLO app. Look here for an overview of the course periods.
