The indoor boot camp classes are varied and contain exercises derived from American military training. The training will be challenging every time, paying attention to fitness, strength, flexibility, agility and above all: fun! Burpees, bear crawls and jumping jacks, among other things, are included in the lesson. Do you like a challenge and varied lessons? Then this is your lesson! Both novice and experienced athletes are welcome, because you can participate at your own level.
