This is the course in which you run in a group in an hour in the Noorderplantsoen and do dozens of strength exercises, using all the (natural) resources that the city of Groningen has to offer. Because you decide how difficult the exercises are, the course is suitable for every level. During the course we challenge you to give it your all for an hour, enjoy the fresh air and enjoy the energy we release together!
The meeting point for this course is Sunday, in the Noorderplantsoen. The course lasts 5 weeks, of which there is 1 hour of training each week. Participation is free. You can register via the ACLO app. Look here for an overview of the course periods.
