This course is an introduction to training with your own body weight. During these training sessions you will learn the most important elements of calisthenics. The focus is on becoming stronger and more agile and of course having fun while you do this. You do not need to have experience with calisthenics to participate; you can adjust the exercises to suit your level. The course is given in the outdoor gym/playground of Caliclub
