What is Fit boxing?

Fit Boxing is a conditional workout that covers various elements of martial arts in an accessible way.

Group lesson

This group lesson is suitable for every level. 

During this lesson we use hanging punching bags and boxing gloves. Various punch and kick combinations are discussed, which you may know from boxing and kickboxing. You work individually or in pairs on your fitness (endurance), but muscle strengthening exercises are also discussed, such as push-ups and sit-ups. Short and explosive movements will increase your heart rate and breathing at a rapid pace. Are you ready to sweat?

You can bring your own pair of gloves, but there are always plenty to use for free. Check schedules for exact times and locations. Register by logging in to the website or via the ACLO app.
