What is Flexibility?

Flexibility is all about being able to move smoothly. This includes not only stretching, but also mobility of your joints and strength training for the muscles you use while stretching!

Group lesson

During the group lesson you will learn to stretch in a responsible way and work on increasing your flexibility. During the lesson, attention is paid to stretching as well as mobility and strength. You don't have to be flexible before you can participate in this class! Everyone can participate at their own level. 

During class, wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move smoothly. The lesson is offered at the Sports Center. Check schedules for exact times and locations. Register by logging in to the website or via the ACLO app.
