In five lessons, you'll practice the basic techniques: feet, chest, shoulders, and chest. Footvolley is a game that requires basic techniques for serving from the ground, passing, and scoring against your opponent. The rules are similar to beach volleyball.
The course is designed for beginners, but there's room for differentiation, as training takes place on multiple fields. The course lasts five weeks, with one hour of instruction each week. Participation is free. You can register via the ACLO app.
