What is HIIT?

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a training method in which intensive exercises are alternated with short rest periods to exciting music.

Group lesson

During this group lesson you use your own body weight, dynabands, kettlebells and circuits. The advantage of this group lesson is that you can train at your own level, everything goes at your own pace. A towel is mandatory!

Locations

This sport can be done both on the ACLO Sports Center as on ACLO Station to be offered. Check the app to know where your lesson is located.
