What is Indoor Cycling?

Indoor cycling, also known as spinning, is a workout in which participants ride stationary bicycles to music led by an instructor.

Group lesson

The Indoor Cycling group lessons are often offered and each lesson can be different. You can connect your phone to the bike and track your progress! Ask the teacher during class for more information if you would like this. The group lesson is suitable for every level because you can adjust the resistance on the bikes yourself. 

Do you want to participate more often and train more purposefully? Then keep an eye on the app when the FTP measurements take place. FTP stands for 'Functional Threshold Power' and is the average power that you can pedal for a longer period of time. This number is used to tailor future training to your level. 

Make sure you are on time to adjust your bike. A towel is mandatory! After the lesson you must clean your bicycle with the cleaning products in the bicycle room.
