When participating in this course you can take five Jump Fit lessons at the Jump XL trampoline park. Each lesson lasts one hour. In addition to trampolines, we use the entire Jump Arena and attributes such as weights and kettlebells. Discover the perfect mix of fitness, group lessons and recreational jumping!
The course lasts 5 weeks, of which you will receive 1 hours of lessons each week. Participation is free. You can register via the ACLO app. Look here for an overview of the course periods.
