What is jumping fitness?

Jumping Fitness is a workout to music where you jump on a trampoline to improve your fitness. During a Jumping Fitness workout, more than 400 muscles are at work – more than in any other endurance sport!

Group lesson

Jumping Fitness is given at the Sports Center and ACLO Station in the city center. Check the schedules for the exact times and register by logging in to the website or via the ACLO app.
