The kickboxing course focuses not only on the correct execution of the basic kickboxing techniques mentioned above, but also on endurance and physical/mental strength. The course is intended for beginners, but keep in mind that each lesson is a big workout that you can be quite tired afterwards.
The course lasts 5 weeks, of which you will receive 1 hours of lessons each week. Participation is free. You can register via the ACLO app. Look here for an overview of the course periods.
