What is kickboxing?

Kickboxing is a versatile defensive sport that combines punching and kicking techniques with elbow, knee and clinching techniques that focus on fitness, speed, strength and balance. It is an individual sport that is practiced within a close-knit group, with an emphasis on respect and trust.

Topic

The kickboxing course focuses not only on the correct execution of the basic kickboxing techniques mentioned above, but also on endurance and physical/mental strength. The course is intended for beginners, but keep in mind that each lesson is a big workout that you can be quite tired afterwards. 

The course lasts 5 weeks, of which you will receive 1 hours of lessons each week. Participation is free. You can register via the ACLO app. Look here for an overview of the course periods.

Deltaserat
Deltaserat is a young sports club that has grown considerably. The association was founded in September 2005 and now has a fairly large number of members with a lot of interaction between Dutch and international students.
