What is MEDT?

Marthas Energy Dance Training (MEDT) is a dance training that is also a real workout!

A MEDT lesson consists of five parts: warming up, training, physical, choreography and flow down. This combination provides a balanced workout where technique, fitness and choreography are central. Not only is there movement, but different choreographies are also taught in different dance styles.

The course lasts 5 weeks, of which you will receive 1 hour of lessons every week. Participation is free. You can register via the ACLO app. Look here for an overview of the course periods. The course is offered by the Lucia Marthas Institute for Performing Arts (LMIPA). 

Please note! Lucia Marthas is closed during the autumn holidays, Christmas holidays, spring holidays and May holidays and courses and group lessons do not take place.
