During the mindfulness course you will learn the principles and practices of mindfulness. In addition to the course, you practice for 30 to 60 minutes every day. The goal is to increase self-awareness and develop resilience, allowing you to enjoy life more and cope better with negative habits.
The course lasts 8 weeks, of which you will receive 2 hours of lessons each week. Participation is free. You can register via the ACLO app. Look here for an overview of the course periods. The course is given by Anja Boers in the center of Groningen.
