In the MMA course you will learn to master effective techniques. It consists of a complete physical workout and learning to master effective techniques; it strengthens your body and teaches you to deal with violence. What makes MMA special is that it is one of the few combat sports systems that includes all aspects of a fight. Where other styles limit themselves to one aspect such as the standing fight in taekwondo or the "close fight" in wrestling, MMA keeps an open mind and covers all parts: the standing fight, the "close fight" and the ground fight.
