What is Power yoga?

Power Yoga is an intensive form of yoga that builds strength, flexibility and endurance.

Group lesson

You do not need any previous experience with (power) yoga for this group lesson. Make sure you have a towel with you. Check the schedules for the exact times and register by logging in to the website or via the ACLO app. 


This sport can be done both on the ACLO Sports Center as on ACLO Station to be offered. Check the app to know where your lesson is located.
