During Power, no muscle group is skipped. You train the complete body with different weights; Both a bar and free weights are used and some exercises are done with your body weight. Because the pace remains nice and high during the lesson, you also train your endurance. The exciting music motivates you to continue and so you can always take yourself to a higher level. Because you can choose your own weights, anyone at any level can participate!
For this lesson, make sure you are present a little before the start of the lesson; This way you have enough time to get things ready. A towel is required.
