With an ACLO fitness membership, you can use the fitness room at the ACLO Sports Center. There you can use equipment as well as free weights. You can also powerlift at ACLO City, provided you have an ACLO fitness membership and a Power membership.

During this introductory course you will learn the basics of powerlifting. You will learn how to safely perform a squat, bench press and a deadlift. You will also learn how to use supporting exercises to improve the main components. The lessons will start with a guided warm-up, after which the correct techniques of the competition components will be shown, which the participants will then practice on their own. It is recommended that you already have an active gym or ACLO fitness membership so that you can apply the information from the class during your own training.
The course lasts 5 weeks, of which you will receive 1 to 2 hours of lessons every week. Participation is free. You can register via the ACLO app. Look here for an overview of the course periods.
