What is Squash?

Squash is a racket sport played by two players or four players in an enclosed court with four walls. The aim is to hit the ball against the wall so that it cannot be knocked back by the opponent before it bounces twice on the ground.

Topic

The 5-week beginners course is intended for people who have no experience with squash. The course covers, among other things, basic techniques (backhand, forehand, service) and tactics (rules of the game, setups). The course ends with a tournament between the athletes.

The course lasts 5 weeks, of which you will receive 1 hours of lessons each week. Participation is free. You can register via the ACLO app. Look here for an overview of the course periods.

Free reservation

All athletes must check in at the same time at the Sports Center counter. A squash racket can be rented for €1,50 and a ball can be purchased for €3,60 at the Sports Center counter.
