The content of the survival run course is mainly an introduction to the sport. Running and obstacles are central to the training. You experience the effect the sport has on your body and that survival run is the toughest form of endurance sport. During the course, the basic techniques of rope climbing are mainly discussed to overcome obstacles. At the end of the course you can complete obstacles that occur in the short survival run (KSR).
The course is intended for beginners. The course lasts 5 weeks, of which you will receive 1 hour of lessons every week. Participation is free. You can register via the ACLO app. Look here for an overview of the course periods.
