What is TRX?

TRX is a form of fitness that uses an adjustable harness with handles to perform resistance training using your own body weight.

Group lesson

Using your own body weight and gravity, numerous exercises are possible that challenge and stimulate the entire body. The advantage of this training is that not only the muscles that are emphasized are trained, but also the core (the core of your body) is trained. You train strength, flexibility, endurance, speed and coordination with one training, which can therefore be seen as very functional. This not only trains the superficial muscles, but also the deeper muscles. These in turn ensure good stability.
