In Groningen you can practice a 5-week Ultimate Frisbee course at the Gronical Dizziness association. The association consists mainly of Dutch people, but also has many foreign members. We regularly participate in domestic and foreign tournaments.
Thanks to the 'refereelessness' of Ultimate Frisbee, the sport, although intensively practiced, is always fair and sporty.
The course is accessible to all levels. The course lasts 5 weeks, of which you will receive 1 hour of lessons every week. Participation is free. You can register via the ACLO app. Look here for an overview of the course periods.
