Groepslessen en open uren
Groepslessen en open uren
Met een ACLO Card kun je deelnemen aan de groepslessen en open uren van de ACLO. De groepslessen en open uren zijn te vinden in het rooster. Het verschil tussen groepslessen en open uren is dat er bij groepslessen les gegeven wordt door de sportdocent. Bij open uren houdt de sportdocent slechts toezicht (zoals bij klimmen, zaalvoetbal, en zwemmen).
Corona
Vanwege de Corona maatregelen zien de groepslessen en open uren er in 2021-2022 anders uit. Omdat wij als ACLO Sportcentrum nauw de maatregelen van de overheid volgen wat betreft veilig sporten in Corona tijden, hanteren wij de richtlijnen die momenteel gelden. Dit houdt bijvoorbeeld in dat de groepslessen in kleinere groepen worden georganiseerd en dat reservering voor elke sportactiviteit verplicht is, vrije inloop is dus niet meer mogelijk. Je kunt een reservering maken via de website of de MY ACLO Sport app. Als je aankomt bij het Sportcentrum moet je de reservering bevestigen door een QR code te scannen. Dit doe je met de ACLO Access Control app. Je moet dus twee apps downloaden. Bij alle sportlocaties hangen meerdere QR codes, heb je een reserving in zaal 1 dan moet je de QR code bij zaal 1 scannen. Bij groenlicht is de reservering bevestigd.
Annuleren van reservering
Je kunt tot 2 uur voor de groepsles of open uur de reservering annuleren. Annuleer je te laat of kom je niet opdagen, dan krijg je de eerste twee keer een waarschuwing. Kom je hierna nog een keer te laat of kom je niet opdagen, dan wordt je kaart geblokkeerd. Je kaart kan worden gedeblokkeerd wanneer een bijdrage van €10 is betaald bij de balie van het Sportcentrum. Mocht je te laat zijn met annuleren, maar je niet fit voelen en/of COVID-19 symptomen hebben? Blijf dan thuis en neem contact op met het Dagelijks Bestuur van de ACLO.
